Duties and responsibilities
To promote sales of the company. Discuss with the client (apartment buyer) and landowner.keep close contact with clients (apartment buyer) and inform them about the projects. Find out suitable land for joint venture development,negotiate with the landowner and process the project for construction.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years experience in real-estate or developer .MBA / BBA / MSS / MA or graduation. Candidate must be smart & have presentable appearance, hard-working, career oriented as well as able to speak in a professional manner in all situations. Preference will be given to experienced & senior applicants and to those who are living in Uttara Area.
Salary
Negotiable (facilities and salary will be given according to qualifications).
